School can be difficult
Everyone’s learning how to be a person still, no one’s brain is mature (sometimes even the teachers), school can be a mess. Talking to someone else about it can help.

Go for a walk and think about it (or don’t)
The reason we were so adamant about breathing is because you can do it at your computer. This way, you have to leave SGDH, and we don't want that. But still, taking a walk is a good way to help thoughts settle.
